1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the hu777 platform, including its website at hu777.ws, all associated services, games, promotions, and communications (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Account Holder") and hu777 ("we", "us", "the Operator"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has already been created. hu777 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2Eligibility Requirements

Access to hu777 is restricted. To create and maintain an account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be aged 21 years or older. hu777 does not permit any player under the age of 21 to access the Platform, create an account, make a deposit, or place a wager.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of a third party, corporate entity, trust, or syndicate.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of hu777 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling or subject to a third-party exclusion order at the time of registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account.

hu777 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to demonstrate eligibility upon request will result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account, and any outstanding balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

3Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on hu777. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or otherwise additional accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, hu777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any open bets, and withhold pending withdrawals pending a full review.

• You must provide a valid mobile number and a unique, secure password at the time of registration. Your login credentials are personal and must not be shared with any third party.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify hu777 support immediately.
• hu777 employs OTP-based two-factor authentication. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA on their account to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, particularly when accessing the Platform from shared devices in locations such as internet cafes in Dhaka, Chittagong, or other urban centres.
• You must complete any KYC (Know Your Customer) verification requested by hu777 within the timeframe specified in the request. Failure to do so will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

hu777 uses SSL encryption across all platform communications and applies industry-standard password hashing to all stored credentials. While hu777 takes all reasonable technical precautions to protect account security, players remain responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their own login details.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

hu777 facilitates deposits and withdrawals exclusively through approved payment channels. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all financial transactions conducted through the Platform:

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal is ৳200. Specific limits may apply to individual payment methods and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your hu777 balance typically within seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank) are credited within 1 to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. hu777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• hu777 does not charge platform-side processing fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. Third-party fees charged by your payment provider (e.g., bKash transaction fees) remain your responsibility.
• hu777 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal where the transaction is flagged during routine compliance checks. Processing times may be extended during such reviews.

hu777 accepts no liability for delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, network outages, or circumstances beyond the Operator's reasonable control, including but not limited to mobile network congestion during peak periods in Dhaka, Chittagong, or other major Bangladeshi cities.

5Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

From time to time, hu777 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to the general terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise explicitly stated. The applicable rollover multiplier for each promotion will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are issued on a per-account basis. Players who hold multiple accounts in violation of these Terms will forfeit all bonus entitlements and any winnings derived from bonus funds.

hu777 makes no guarantee of the ongoing availability of any particular promotional offer. Promotional offers may be withdrawn, modified, or restricted at any time without prior notice, including where required by applicable regulatory guidance or as a result of changes to payment partner agreements.

6Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use hu777 exclusively for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any software designed to manipulate game outcomes, exploit platform vulnerabilities, or circumvent fair-play mechanisms.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or defraud hu777 or other players.
• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Opening accounts using false identity information, impersonating another person, or providing fraudulent documentation during KYC verification.
• Any attempt to hack, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software, servers, or infrastructure.

7Responsible Gaming

hu777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform is designed for entertainment and must never be used as a source of income or as a means of addressing financial difficulties. hu777 provides the following tools to assist players in managing their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits within their account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be increased until the current limit period has elapsed.
• Time-out periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days by contacting support. During a time-out, login and deposit functionality is disabled.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the hu777 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and brand identifiers, is the exclusive intellectual property of hu777 or its licensed content providers. All such content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of hu777. Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes an infringement of hu777's intellectual property rights and may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hu777 and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including:

• Loss of gaming funds resulting from your own decisions, including bets placed and games played. Gaming involves inherent financial risk and all losses are the sole responsibility of the account holder.
• Service interruptions, technical faults, or connectivity issues affecting your access to the Platform, including mobile network outages affecting players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, or other regions of Bangladesh.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking partners.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even where hu777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10Account Suspension and Termination

hu777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice where any of the following circumstances apply:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, the one-account rule, or the prohibited conduct provisions.
• hu777 is required to take action pursuant to applicable anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorism financing, or other regulatory obligations.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more, in which case hu777 may classify the account as dormant and apply dormancy procedures in accordance with applicable policy.

Upon account closure, any bonus funds or free spins credited to the account will be forfeited. Real-money balances, where the account closure is not a result of the account holder's breach of these Terms, will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

11Privacy and Data Protection

hu777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at hu777.ws/privacy-policy. By creating an account on hu777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. hu777 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data shared with payment partners (such as bKash, Nagad, and banking providers) is limited to the information required to process your transactions and is governed by those providers' own privacy terms.

12Amendments to These Terms

hu777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, hu777 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active account holders via the Platform or by email to the address registered on the account. However, hu777 is not obligated to provide advance notice of non-material amendments, corrections, or clarifications.

The current version of these Terms is always the version published at hu777.ws/terms-conditions. 13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and hu777 arising from your use of the Platform, you are encouraged to contact hu777 support in the first instance at [email protected] with full details of your concern. hu777 will endeavour to resolve all disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as applicable under relevant law.
